Returned leads
will be accepted
as return
requests. If the
return reason is
valid, we
replace your
return with a
fresh lead. We
ask that returns
requests be
submitted less
than 24 hours
from time
received, for
live transfers,
and within 72
hours for
next-day
verified paper
leads.

invalid or
incomplete

number.
Bogus leads:
If the Lead is
wrong contact or
a non-existent

Duplicate
Data: If you
